History

When light and shade take turns in Val Trebbia and the Parcellara stone overlooking our vineyards become tinged with gold. It is from here that the idea of this wine comes, combining the Piacenza tradition with a new and contemporary vision.

Method

Winemaking

White wine macerated at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Fermentation with local yeasts, racking off and maturation partly in third-fill wood for 20 months and partly in stainless steel. It did not undergo clarification and final filtration.
