L’Alba e la Pietra
Golden and scented, complex and spicy. It is our most precious white wine, resulting from a careful combination of Malvasia, Ortrugo and Marsanne grape varieties.

Method
Winemaking
White wine macerated at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Fermentation with local yeasts, racking off and maturation partly in third-fill wood for 20 months and partly in stainless steel. It did not undergo clarification and final filtration.

Golden yellow colour. Intense and typical taste. Mature and complex fragrance with spicy and honey notes.
