History

La Malvagia is the most beautiful evening of July, the girl who has gold in her eyes and invites you to dance without waiting for your answer. She has peach-coloured cheeks and a wheat-like smile. You will have the impression that you have already met her somewhere and you will want to tell her all the things that you have never shared with anyone.

Method

Winemaking

Cold maceration on skins for 48 hours.
Fermentation at a temperature of 16-18°C with cultured yeasts. Wine completes its maturation in stainless steel tanks. Blending, light clarification and final filtration in spring.

Aroma

The five senses

Bright straw yellow wine with golden tints.
Clean and fruity well-structured wine in the mouth. Well-balanced and strongly fruity taste: clear citrus notes of citron and lime with a slightly balsamic aftertaste. Its fragrance shows a very ripe fruit with notes of orange peels and white peach.
